Reserved Parking

Metro offers reserved parking at 35 rail stations. Reserved parking spaces for permit holders are available until 10 am; after that time, all unused spaces are available for general use. Reserved parking is in effect all weekdays except holidays.

If a station is not listed in the drop-down menu, there is no reserved Metro parking at that station.

Apply for a Permit Online

To apply for a new reserved parking permit, please visit the parking information page for the station of your choice. Use the search box above to go directly to the parking page. Select the link for "Set Up Reserved Parking Account."

Follow the instructions on the online form and select Sign Up. All reserved parking customers must have a credit card on file to participate in the program. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Fees

The price and payment structure for reserved monthly parking permits is as follows:

The monthly reserved parking fee is $45 - $65.
Monthly permit holders are required to pay the daily fee each time they park. (The daily fee is in addition to the monthly permit fee.)
Customers must pay their daily parking fees with a SmarTrip® card or by credit card where accepted.

Manage Your Account Online

Your online account will allow you 24-hour access to review your account, change credit card information, print invoices and receipts, and sign up for credit card auto-bill. Use the Account Sign In link to enter your email address and password and access your account.
