Orange Line service update 7:55 p.m.
Normal two-track service restored

As of 7:55 p.m., Metro crews have restored normal two-track service on the Orange Line, following multiple downed trees near Cheverly Station. Trains are now operating normally, using both tracks, between Stadium-Armory and Cheverly. Customers should expect residual delays until around 8:30 p.m.
