What Is BrowseAloud?

BrowseAloud is free software that reads Web pages out loud. It can help anyone who has difficulty reading online, including people with mild visual impairments, low literacy, English as a second language or learning disabilities such as dyslexia.

Once you have the BrowseAloud toolbar on your computer, all you need to do is click on a selection of text. BrowseAloud will highlight the words and read them out loud.

How do I get BrowseAloud Plus?

Click on the BrowseAloud icon BrowseAloud icon that appears on the bottom right corner of every interior page of this website to launch the BrowseAloud Plus toolbar then simply click any text to hear it read aloud.
