Metro Careers applicants can:

Yes. All applicants must have an email address in order to apply. If you do not have one, there are numerous free email services available on the Internet.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Please follow the "Forgot My Password" link on the login page. A new password will be emailed to you instantly.

I did not receive an email notification that my application was received. How can I verify that the application was received?

You can always check the status of your application(s) by logging into the online application and clicking on the "Status of My Job Applications" link.

Who has access to my employment profile?

Only authorized Metro personnel will have access to your information. Your information will never be released to any outside organization or entity without your express consent.

How can I delete my employment profile?

Application profiles will not be deleted upon request; however, profiles are automatically deleted from the system after one year of inactivity.

I don't have a computer at home. How can I apply for careers at Metro?

You can apply for employment opportunities wherever you can access the Internet. This includes public libraries, state unemployment offices, career placement offices, college placement centers, and Internet cafés. Metro also has two dedicated computer workstations available at its Jackson Graham Building headquarters for use by applicants to apply for Metro jobs. The workstations are available weekdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

Whom do I contact for general information about the Metro application process?

Answers to most questions may be obtained on this website. You can track the progress of your application, as well. If you need more assistance, please email us.

Why does my application reappear after I created my profile and I have applied for a job?

The online application reappears so you can customize your resume for each Metro position for which you wish to apply. You can highlight experience specific to that position and answer any additional questions pertinent to that job.
