Yes. All applicants must have an email address in order to apply. If you do not have one, there are numerous free email services available on the Internet.
Please follow the "Forgot My Password" link on the login page. A new password will be emailed to you instantly.
You can always check the status of your application(s) by logging into the online application and clicking on the "Status of My Job Applications" link.
Only authorized Metro personnel will have access to your information. Your information will never be released to any outside organization or entity without your express consent.
Application profiles will not be deleted upon request; however, profiles are automatically deleted from the system after one year of inactivity.
You can apply for employment opportunities wherever you can access the Internet. This includes public libraries, state unemployment offices, career placement offices, college placement centers, and Internet cafés. Metro also has two dedicated computer workstations available at its Jackson Graham Building headquarters for use by applicants to apply for Metro jobs. The workstations are available weekdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
