Using Metro's Careers Online with Vista

For those external applicants using Microsoft Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7 who cannot access the Metro Career Center site, please do the following:

• Open Internet Explorer.
• On the Tools menu, click on Internet Options.
• In the popup menu, select Advanced.
• Scroll down to Security.
• Make sure the "Use TLS 1.0" option is unchecked.
• Click Apply.
• Click OK.

This will resolve any issues you have using Microsoft Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7 to access the HEARTS / eRecruit Application.
