Using the system with the Vista operating system

For those external applicants using MS Vista/IE7 who cannot access the Metro Career Center Job Site, please do the following:

• Click on your “Internet Explorer” Icon
• Click on Tools / Internet Options / Advanced
• Scroll down to Security
• Make sure the "Use TLS 1.0" option is unchecked.
• Click Apply
• Click OK

This will resolve any issues you have using your MSVista/IE7 to access the HEARTS / eRecruit Application.
