Yellow Line weekend track work July 13-15: Buses replace trains between Braddock Road & Pentagon City
Beginning at 10 p.m. Friday, July 13, and continuing through system closing on Sunday, July 15, buses will replace Yellow Line trains between Braddock Road and Pentagon City stations to allow for tie renewal, insulator renewal, and cable installation to improve cell phone coverage.

Yellow Line trains will operate in two segments:
Shuttle buses will operate between Pentagon and Braddock Road stations, making all intermediate station stops.
Customers traveling through the work zone should allow about 30 minutes of additional travel time.
On Friday night, the last Yellow Line trains to operate through the area before work begins will be:
Last Train Information
On Friday and Saturday nights, the last Yellow Line train from Huntington will depart at 2:14 a.m. (20 minutes earlier than normal), arrive at Braddock Road at 2:19 a.m., depart Pentagon City at 2:47 a.m., and arrive at Mount Vernon Square at 2:59 a.m. The last Yellow Line train from Mount Vernon Square will depart at 2:57 a.m., arrive at Pentagon City at 3:09 a.m., depart Braddock Road at 3:45 a.m. and arrive at Huntington at 3:50 a.m.
On Sunday night, the last Yellow Line train from Huntington will depart at 11:14 p.m. (20 minutes earlier than normal), arrive at Braddock Road at 11:19 p.m., depart Pentagon City at 11:47 p.m., and arrive at Mount Vernon Square at 11:59 p.m. The last Yellow Line train from Mount Vernon Square will depart at 11:57 p.m., arrive at Pentagon City at 12:09 a.m., depart Braddock Road at 12:45 a.m. and arrive at Huntington at 12:50 a.m.
