In accordance with the Bylaws, I, Paul Smedberg, request that the Executive Committee convene an executive session to discuss the following matters pursuant to Article II, paragraph 9, subsection(s):
e. Audit Matters and investigations to include, for example, audits of IT security matters and investigations to be referred for further criminal investigation or prosecution.
