MEDIA ADVISORY: Metro, federal and local leaders and community members to celebrate groundbreaking of new Northern Bus Garage
On Wednesday, January 25, at 11 a.m. Metro General Manager and Chief Executive Officer Randy Clarke will be joined by FTA Administrator Nuria Fernandez, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser, DC Councilmember Janeese Lewis George and other local leaders and community members to break ground on Metro’s new Northern Bus Garage. In addition, Metro will make an announcement on the future of the garage and the zero-emission bus program.
