Metro Service Information for Memorial Day 2017

On Memorial Day, Monday, May 29, 2017, Metro service will operate as follows:

• Metrorail: The system will open at 7 a.m. and close at midnight. Trains will operate on a Sunday schedule. Off-peak fares will be in effect all day, and parking will be free at all Metrorail parking facilities. A line segment shutdown will remain in effect on the Orange Line between New Carrollton and Stadium-Armory stations due to SafeTrack Surge #15. In addition take note of scheduled service adjustments on the Red, Orange, Silver, Blue and Yellow lines.
• Metrobus: Buses will operate on a Sunday schedule. Check bus timetables for details.
• MetroAccess: All subscription trips will be canceled on Monday. Customers wishing to travel on the holiday should make a separate reservation.
