Synopsis
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires qualified, track contractors’ services for system-wide capital track rehabilitation, including: installation of owner supplied direct fixation fastener; replacement of fastener anchor bolts (stud), and renewal of grout (plinth) pads, wood crossties, contact rail insulators, contact rail protection cover (cover board), and track gauging, roadway cleanup, and track labor support.
This RFP contains a 15% percent DBE goal.
