Date of Invitation: March 31, 2017 Receipt of Proposal: May 31, 2017 DBE Goal: 23% Project Description: General Construction Services – WMATA System-Wide, Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia, Multiple Awards Tack Order Contracts (MATOC)

SYNOPSIS The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires the services of qualified contractors to provide a diverse range of general construction services including, but not to, repair, rehabilitation, replacement, and demolition tasks and related specifications for each task. The work includes constructing, testing and commission the work of each task issued as indicated in the associated Contract Documents provided for each task. Individual may be issued on competitive basis throughout the Ordering Period of these Multiple Awards Task Order Contracts. Ordering Period: 1,800 Calendar Days. Estimate Aggregate Value: $50,000,000 - $175,000,000 Minimum Guarantee per Contract: $25,000 Insurance, DBE: The contract includes a DBE goal of 23% per each task order. An insurance certificate for Commercial General Liability coverages with WMATA included as an additional insured per task order. Pre-Proposal Conference: Pre-proposal conference will be held on April 5, 2017. Proposal Due Date: Offers are due no later than 3:00 PM on May 31, 16, 2017 as stipulated in the solicitation requirements. Questions: As always, should you have any questions, Technical, Contractual or Administrative please email them to the Contract Administrator, Mr. Kamoru Banjo at kkbanjo@wmata.com no later than 5:00 PM, May 18, 2017. WMATA will provide written answers, by email to all those who obtain the RFP and provide their email addresses. If addendum is issued resulting from questions and answers, it will be posted on WMATA website. Offeror is responsible for checking WMATA website regularly for securing downloads of addendum and other communications.
