Synopsis
The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requests proposals from qualified contractor to provide leasing of non-revenue medium dump trucks to clear snow, haul and to apply salt and sand to lot surfaces; and to also lease mid-sized skid-steer tractors equipped with angle brooms and dump buckets in accordance with the technical specification, terms and conditions as set forth in the Request for Proposal (RFP), CQ18002/BTK. If you have any administrative, contractual, or technical questions please e-mail them to Benjamin Kpadeh, (bkpadeh@wmata.com) no later than 12:00 PM EST on Thursday, September 7, 2017. There will be no Pre-proposal conference for this RFP. It is requested that offerors submit their questions in writing and email to Benjamin Kpadeh at bkpadeh@wmata.com. Amendments, if any will be posted on WMATA's website and on FedBizOpp website. Both pricing and technical proposals must be received with all required submittals as stated in the RFP, no later than 2:00PM, Monday, September 25, 2017 at WMATA, Office of Procurement and Materials, RFP No. FQ18002/BTK, 600 Fifth Street, NW, Room 3C-02, Washington, DC 20001-2651. Before proposing on any procurement, all vendors must be registered in the WMATA Vendor Registration System (VRS).
