Synopsis for Dump Truck, Heavy Duty, Model 2019. Posted on January 25, 2018. Bid Due Date – February 14, 2018. DBE Participation Goal - 0%, NAICS 4842203. The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires the supply from a qualified contractor to provide Dump Truck. IFB FQ18083/LP. Your bid must be received with all required submittals as stated in the IFB, no later than 2:00P.M. local time on February 14, 2018, at WMATA, Office of Procurement and Materials, 600 Fifth Street, NW, Room 301-A, Washington, DC 20001-2651. WMATA will provide written answers, by e-mail to all those who obtain the IFB and provide their e-mail addresses.
