In 2002, Taylor Development and Land Company entered into a joint development agreement with WMATA to ground lease and develop approximately 22 acres of land at the intersection of East-West Highway (MD 410) and Belcrest Road at the Prince George's Plaza Metrorail Station (Green/Yellow Lines) in Prince George's County, Maryland.

Construction on the 259 unit apartment building (Mosaic at Metro), 160,623 square feet of retail shops (Metropolitan Shops), and 300,000 square feet of office was completed in 20XX.  The residential development was constructed by MidCity Financial, who were brought in by Taylor, while the retail and office developments were done by Taylor.  The developer relocated eight bus bays and under the existing parking garage, and built 167 replacement metered Kiss & Ride spaces.
