In 2003, Metropolis Development entered into a joint development agreement with WMATA to purchase and develop approximately 0.42 acres at the corner of V Street NW and 14th Street NW in Washington, DC near the U Street Metrorail Station (Green/Yellow Lines).

Construction of the 5-story, 80 unit condo building with 7,000 square feet of retail was completed in 2005.  The building is located 1 block from the east entrance of the U Street/African-American Civil War Memorial/Cardozo Metrorail Station.
