In 2003, Jenco Group entered into a joint development agreement with WMATA to purchase and develop 0.43 acres located at the corner of U Street NW and 13th Street NW in Washington, DC.

Construction of a 34,000 square foot four-story office building with 10,660 square feet of first floor retail was completed in 2005.  The building surrounds the west entrance of the U Street/ African-American Civil War Memorial/Cardozo Metrorail Station (Green/Yellow Line).
