In 2003, PN Hoffman, entered into a joint development agreement with WMATA to purchase and develop 0.42 acres located on 14th Street NW between V Street NW & W Street NW in Washington, DC.

Construction of a 216 condo units in two buildings, 52 split level and single level townhome style condos, and 30,000 square feet of retail began in 2006 and was completed in 2007.  The buildings are one block west and one block north of the west entrance of the U Street/African-American Civil War Memorial/Cardozo Metro Station (Green/Yellow Line).
