In 2006, Clark Realty and Pulte Homes, entered into a joint development agreement with WMATA to purchase and develop approximately 3.8 acres located on the south side of the Vienna/Fairfax - GMU Metrorail Station in Fairfax County, Virginia (Orange Line).

Clark Realty assembled the surrounding parcels for a total of approximately 10 acres, in order to develop 900 residential units, 100,000 square feet of retail, and 300,000 square feet of office.  Construction began in 2010 and the residential and retail portions are slated to be completed in 2017.  The high density office will be constructed at a future date, when the market for office is stronger.

Vienna Metro facilities include:

• Built a 2,293 space parking garage to replace surface parking lot
• Reconfigured bus loop
• Reconfigured Kiss & Ride lot
