Shady Grove South parking garage is currently undergoing a rehabilitation project to bring the structure back to a state-of-good-repair. As a result, customers may encounter limited parking availability in the facility.

About 250 parking spaces will be closed to the public at any one time as work is completed. Temporary directional signage has been posted in and around Shady Grove South garage. Any customers having difficulty finding available spaces in the Shady Grove South garage are encouraged to use the Shady Grove North (taller) garage.

The rehabilitation project is expected to last up to 22 months. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
