12:51 a.m. A Glenmont-bound Red Line train at Fort Totten was delayed 4 minutes due to an unauthorized person on the track.

5:59 a.m. A Wiehle-Reston East-bound Silver Line train at McPherson Square was delayed 5 minutes due to a door problem.

6:16 a.m. A Largo Town Center-bound Blue Line train at King St-Old Town did not operate, resulting in an 8-minute gap in service.

7:11 a.m. A Vienna-bound Orange Line train at Dunn Loring was expressed for schedule adherence/improved train spacing.

7:30 a.m. A Greenbelt-bound Green Line train at Branch Avenue did not operate, resulting in a 6-minute gap in service.

7:44 a.m. A Glenmont-bound Red Line train at Union Station was offloaded due to a door problem. Passengers experienced a 7-minute delay.

8:51 a.m. A Greenbelt-bound Green Line train at Branch Avenue did not operate, resulting in a 6-minute gap in service.

8:59 a.m. A Branch Avenue-bound Green Line train at Shaw-Howard University was delayed 9 minutes due to a door problem.

9:00 a.m. A Huntington-bound Yellow Line train at Shaw-Howard University was rerouted to Branch Avenue for schedule adherence/improved train spacing. Passengers experienced a 6-minute delay.

10:00 a.m. A Branch Avenue-bound Green Line train at Naylor Road was expressed for schedule adherence/improved train spacing.

10:00 a.m. A Greenbelt-bound Green Line train at Branch Avenue was delayed 10 minutes due to an operational problem.

12:02 p.m. A Largo Town Center-bound Blue Line train at Addison Road was delayed 8 minutes due to an operational problem.

12:43 p.m. Red Line train service was temporarily suspended between Friendship Heights and Grosvenor due to a report of an arcing insulator at medical Center. Shuttle bus service was provided. Some trains were offloaded and turned back for schedule adherence/improved train spacing. Service was restored at 1:15 p.m. with single tracking between Grosvenor and Medical Center. Passengers experienced delays up to 20 minutes until approximately 2:00 p.m.

12:47 p.m. A New Carrollton-bound Orange Line train at Landover was delayed 14 minutes due to a signal problem.

3:52 p.m. A Vienna-bound Orange Line train at New Carrollton did not operate, resulting in a 6-minute gap in service.

4:13 p.m. A Greenbelt-bound Green Line train at Navy Yard-Ballpark was offloaded due to a brake problem. Passengers experienced a 10-minute delay.

4:46 p.m. A Greenbelt-bound Green Line train at Georgia Ave-Petworth was expressed for schedule adherence/improved train spacing.

5:33 p.m. A Vienna-bound Orange Line train at Dunn Loring was expressed for schedule adherence/improved train spacing.

7:57 p.m. Red Line train service was temporarily suspended between Friendship Heights and Van Ness due to a report of an arcing insulator at Friendship Heights. Some trains were offloaded and turned back for schedule adherence/improved train spacing. Service was restored at 8:45 p.m. with single tracking between Van Ness and Friendship Heights.  Passengers experienced delays up to 30 minutes until approximately 10:15 p.m.

9:56 p.m. A Greenbelt-bound Green Line train at Fort Totten was delayed 20 minutes due to a signal problem.
