Construction Updates: Grosvenor-Strathmore Station Joint Development
Advisory Effective: 3/1/23 - 12/31/25
The Strathmore Square joint development will create a mixed-use development to transform the Grosvenor-Strathmore Metro Station into a 2.2 million square foot, primarily residential mixed-use development that incorporates open space, public transit, incredible views, and arts and culture.
Construction is currently underway including:
- April 2024: The Kiss & Ride lots will close for one day the weekend of April 27-28, 2024 for repaving. Customers should use the parking garage, which is free on weekends, for pick up and drop off activities.
- For your safety, please follow all construction notices and signs and stay clear of construction zones.
Completed construction activities:
- July 2022: Permeant closure of the Park & Ride surface lot.
Future construction for this development may impact Metro station facilities. Look for posted signs prior to the start of each impact.
