Sanitary Sewer Project Impacts at McLean Metrorail Station Kiss & Ride

Advisory Effective: 10/31/19 - 5/31/20

Beginning Thursday, October 31, 2019 until April 2020

Patriot Development Corporation, on behalf of Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services, will begin construction of a new sanitary sewer at the McLean Metrorail Station Kiss & Ride.

Customers should be aware of the following impacts:

• The outer lane of the Kiss & Ride will be closed, including 11 parallel parking spaces.
  Traffc will be redirected to the inner loop.
• The shuttle bus stop located in the outer lane of the Kiss & Ride will be
  relocated to the inner loop marked by a “Shuttle Bus Stop” sign.
• Be aware of pedestrian and vehicular detours.
• For your safety, stay clear of the construction area.
