Routes Q1, Q4 and Q5 will detour for approximately 8 hours due to the Pike’s Peek 10k. Roadways on Rockville Pike between Redland Road and Randolph Road will be closed.

Q1, Q5 Veirs Mill Road northbound toward Shady Grove

Buses begin detouring on Stonestreet Ave at Rockville Pk, to resume regular route at Rockville Metrorail Station (Bus Bay A).

• First bus stop served after buses resumed regular route: Hungerford Dr & Beall Ave

Q4 Veirs Mill Road northbound toward Rockville

Buses begin detouring on Stonestreet Ave at Rockville Pk, to end service at Rockville Metrorail Station (Bus Bay A).

Q1, Q4, Q5 Veirs Mill Road southbound toward Silver Spring/Wheaton

Buses begin detouring on Rockville Pk at Church St, to resume regular route on Veirs Mill Rd at Stonestreet Ave.
