When 11Y Mt Vernon Express supplemental service is unavailable, customers may use the alternate travel options below:
From Downtown Washington, D.C.,
- Take Blue Line to Pentagon Metrorail station, then…
- Transfer to Metrobus routes:
- 10A Alexandria-Pentagon for service to Washington St in Old Town Alexandria at bus bay U4
- 10E Alexandria-Pentagon for service to Washington St and Hunting Point at bus bay U4
- Customers going to W Abingdon Dr may opt to take route 10E and walk east along Slaters Ln, Bashford Ln or 2nd St from Powhatan St.
- Transfer to the Huntington-Pentagon Express shuttle bus at bus bay U2
- After exiting at Huntington Metrorail station, transfer to Fairfax Connector 101 at bus bay C for service to Fort Hunt Rd.
