Due to a construction project on New Jersey Ave buses will detour beginning Monday, June 13, during the hours of 9:30am and 3:30pm, for several weeks. (Weekdays Only)
Street closures:
• NB New Jersey Avenue NW, between S Street and Florida Avenue, NW
The following routes will detour:
96 East Capitol Street – Cardozo eastbound to Capitol Heights Station
- Regular Route, No Detour.
96 East Capitol Street – Cardozo westbound to Tenleytown Station
- Buses begin detouring on New Jersey Ave NW at P St, resuming regular route on Florida Ave NW at 9th St.
While riding Metro, wearing a mask is now optional. Thank you for being mindful of others while riding.
