The southbound bus stop towards Metro Center and Dupont Circle on Connecticut Ave NW at Q St (stop ID #1001509) will be temporarily closed from 11pm to 5am nightly on Sundays through Thursdays due to the Dupont Circle North Escalator Canopy Project.
Customers may board/exit buses at a temporary bus stop on Connecticut Ave NW at Q St in Triangle Park.

The following routes will detour due to the project:
42 Mount Pleasant northbound towards Mt Pleasant via Adams Morgan
- Regular route, no detour
42 Mount Pleasant southbound towards Gallery Place-Chinatown
- Buses begin detouring on Connecticut Ave NW at R St, resuming regular route on Connecticut Ave NW at N St. Customers may board/exit buses at stops on Connecticut Ave NW at R St and N St.
D2 Glover Park-Dupont Circle eastbound towards Dupont Circle
- Buses begin detouring on Massachusetts Ave NW at Q St, ending service at a westbound bus stop on P St NW at 20th St (stop ID #1001461).
D2 Glover Park-Dupont Circle westbound towards Glover Park
- Buses will operate between a westbound bus stop on P St NW at 20th St (stop ID #1001461) and Glover Park.
