Routes 90, 92, 96 and X3 will detour due to Ben's Chili Bowl's 60th Anniversary Block Party from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. During this time, U St NW between 12th St and 13th St will be closed. Customers are encouraged to plan ahead and allow additional travel time.

X3 Benning Road westbound toward Duke Ellington Bridge
