Metro’s looking for volunteers to join our Metro Volunteer Person (MVP) program. This unique opportunity will allow you to learn more about Metro while helping visitors and fellow riders. The best volunteers are those who enjoy interacting with people, ride Metro (of course) and provide exceptional customer service.

The program is flexible, with shifts available weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 12 p.m.-3 p.m., 3-6 p.m., or 6-9 p.m. MVPs will be able to select shifts from available Metro stations to support Station Managers and assist customers.

Metro will provide the training, attire and recognition throughout the program. This includes:

• MVP branded attire
• $50 Transit benefit for volunteering for 2-3 shifts per month
• Annual recognition
