Navy Yard Metrorail station west entrance closed for several days this month due to construction

On select days, customers will need to use the east entrance

The Navy Yard Metrorail station west entrance on the Green Line will be closed for select days this month as a result of safety sensitive construction work directly above the station’s entrance.

The station’s west entrance will be closed on the following dates:

• Saturday, November 15, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Monday to Friday, November 17 to 21, 8 p.m. to closing
• Saturday, November 22, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Customers who normally use the west entrance will need to use the east entrance located at New Jersey Avenue SE.
