Metro customer information call center and sales offices extend hours during inauguration weekend

Late night, Sunday and holiday hours added

Metro’s customer information call center and sales offices at Metro Center and the Pentagon will have expanded hours during Inauguration Weekend.

Metro’s customer information call center will be open from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Saturday, January 17, to Tuesday, January 20. The customer information call center can be reached at (202) 637-7000.

Metro’s sales offices at Metro Center and the Pentagon will have expanded hours during Inauguration weekend. The Metro Center sales office will be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday, January 17, and Sunday, January 18, and from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday, January 19, and Tuesday, January 20. The Pentagon sales office will be open from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Monday, January 19, and Tuesday, January 20.

All other sales offices will be closed during Inauguration weekend.
