SmarTrip® Regional Customer Service Center telephone system to be upgraded
Phone lines and voicemail will be inoperable temporarily
The SmarTrip® Regional Customer Service Center (RCSC) telephone system will be upgraded this weekend, and throughout the work period customers may not be able to phone in or leave a voicemail message.
RCSC phone lines will not be available from 8 to 10 p.m. on Friday, March 20. In addition, the voicemail messaging system will not be available until 8 a.m. Saturday, March 21. Full phone service is expected to be restored by 8 a.m. Saturday.
During the phone service outage, customers may send an email to smartrip@wmata.com to report lost, stolen or damaged SmarTrip cards.
