Holiday transit schedules for Labor Day, Monday, September 1, 2003
Transit schedules for Monday, September 1, 2003 (Labor Day), are as follows. Metrorail will operate on a Sunday schedule (7:00 a.m. to midnight). Parking at all transit authority-operated lots will be free. Reduced fares will be in effect all day. Bicyclists will be allowed to transport their bicycles on Metrorail. Metrobus will operate on a Sunday schedule with supplemental service on some routes. MetroAccess will operate a weekday schedule (5:30 a.m. - midnight) and there will be no SmartMover service.
