Pentagon Transit Center buses to relocate during U.S. Army 10-Miler Race

The Pentagon Transit Center will be closed the morning of Sunday, October 5, to accommodate the crowds expected to participate in the 19th Annual U.S. Army 10-Miler Race. All Metrobuses that usually service the Pentagon Transit Center will instead service the Pentagon City Metrorail station.Regular bus service to the Pentagon Transit Center will resume at noon on Sunday, October 5.Metrorail will open one hour early that day, at 6 a.m., to accommodate the crowds for the race, which starts on Route 110 near the Pentagon and proceeds to Memorial Bridge, and into the District of Columbia.Participants and spectators can take Metrorail to exit at the Pentagon or at Pentagon City on the Blue and Yellow Lines.For more information, call 202-637-7000, TTY: 202-638-3780.
