Holiday transit schedules for Veteran’s Day, Tuesday, November 11, 2003
Transit schedules for Tuesday, November 11, 2003 (Veterans" Day), are as follows. Metrorail will operate on a modified Saturday schedule (5:30 a.m. to midnight). Parking at all transit authority-operated lots will be free. Reduced fares will be in effect all day. Bicyclists will be allowed to transport their bicycles on Metrorail. Metrobus will operate on a Saturday schedule with supplemental service on some routes. MetroAccess will operate a weekday schedule (5:30 a.m. - midnight) and SmartMover will operate on a weekday schedule.To plan trips for this holiday, customers are encouraged to consult the RideGuide at www.metroopensdoors.com.
