Metrobus service route changes in Maryland begin last week in December: Most schedule adjustments designed to improve service

Several service changes on Metrobus will be implemented on 16 routes in Maryland starting in December 28. They are listed below.82, 83, 86 College Park Line. The weekday schedule will change to reflect current bus travel times.A12 Martin Luther King Jr. Highway Line. On Saturdays, the A12 bus from Addison Road-Seat Pleasant Metrorail station at 6:50 a.m. and the one from Capital Plaza at 7:10 a.m. will serve Landover Metrorail station. On Sundays, the A12 bus from Capital Plaza at 7:07 a.m. also will serve Landover Metrorail station.B22 Bowie State University Line. The first B22 bus of the day will be changed to leave two minutes earlier than now scheduled. This change will make it easier for customers to get on the first Orange Line train which leaves the New Carrollton Metrorail station at 5:30 a.m.D12, D14 Oxon Hill-Suitland Line. On Saturdays, buses will be changed to run every 70 minutes.K6 New Hampshire Avenue-Maryland Line. The Saturday schedule will change to reflect current bus travel times.P17, P19 Oxon Hill-Fort Washington Line. The weekday schedule will change to reflect current bus travel times.R1, R2, R5 Riggs Road Line. The weekday schedule will change to reflect current bus travel times.R3 Greenbelt-Fort Totten Line. The weekday schedule will change to reflect current bus travel times.R4 Queens Chapel Road Line. The weekday schedule will change to reflect current bus travel times.V12 District Heights-Suitland Line. On Saturdays, the 9:09 p.m. V12 bus from Suitland Metrorail station will be changed to leave at 9:11 p.m. to make it easier for customers to transfer from the Green Line train which arrives at the station at 9:07 p.m.
