Holiday transit schedules for Christmas Day and theday after Christmas (Thursday, Dec. 25 and Friday, Dec. 26, 2003)
Transit schedules for Thursday, Dec. 25 (Christmas Day) and Friday, Dec. 26, 2003, are as follows.
On Thursday, Dec. 25 (Christmas Day), Metrorail will operate on a Sunday schedule (7:00 a.m. - midnight). Parking at all transit authority-operated lots will be free, reduced fares will be in effect all day, and bicyclists will be allowed to transport their bicycles on Metrorail. Metrobus will operate on a Sunday schedule. MetroAccess will operate on a weekday schedule and there will be no SmartMover service.
On Friday, Dec. 26, Metrorail will operate on a weekday schedule (5:30 a.m. - 3:00 a.m.). Metrobus, MetroAccess, and SmartMover will operate on a weekday schedule.
