Fans can cheer on the team all season long and take advantage of a special Metro ticket offer

Metro would like to remind soccer fans to take advantage of a special ticket offer that is available for every D.C. United home game during the 2004 season. Any D.C. United fan who purchases a regularly priced premium ticket for $22, will automatically receive a free $5 Metrorail pass to get them to and from the game. "Metro is proud to take part in this special promotion for the 2004 D.C. United soccer season," said David Haggins, Metro’s Marketing Manager. "This is a great opportunity for fans of all ages to take advantage of this special deal and receive a free Metrorail farecard to take them to the game. It’s a winning combination for D.C. United fans and Metro." To take advantage of this special offer, D.C. United fans are encouraged to call (202) 587-5466 and ask for the special Metro ticket offer. All D.C. United home games are played at RFK Stadium, which is located on the Blue and Orange Line at the Stadium-Armory stop so it’s a convenient way to get to all the D.C. United games this season.
