Metrorail Reminds Customers that Daylight-Saving Time Begins Early Sunday Morning

Metrorail officials want to remind customers that daylight-saving time begins at 2 a.m. on Sunday, April 3. At that time, all clocks are to be moved ahead one hour. When that happens, it will become 3 a.m., and the Metrorail system will close.

The Metrorail system is open until 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights.

Customers who are planning their trips should expect the last trains of the evening to pass through stations one hour earlier than usual on that night.
