Metro to hold public meetings on Pike Transit Initiative

The Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority (Metro) will host two public meetings to review recommendations for an advanced transit system for Columbia Pike.

The meetings will take place on Monday, April 25, and Tuesday, April 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. The formal presentation begins at 7 p.m.

Public meeting schedule:

April 25: Arlington Career Center, 816 S. Walter Reed Drive, Arlington April 26: Glen Forest Elementary School, 5829 Glen Forest Drive, Falls Church

Metro staff will share the findings and recommendations for the Pike Transit Initiative. Citizens will have the opportunity to offer suggestions and comments about Columbia Pike’s transit future.
