Metro Reports 153,529 Metrorail PassengersAs of 3 p.m Today

As of 3 p.m. today, Monday, the Fourth of July, Metro reports that 153,529 passengers had entered the Metrorail system. One year ago, Sunday, July 4, 2004, there were 111,211 passengers who had entered the Metrorail system by the same time.

As of 3 p.m. today, Metro reported no significant operational problems or delays on either Metrorail or Metrobus.

The most crowded stations have been Stadium-Armory, Federal Triangle and L’Enfant Plaza Metrorail stations. Nearly 21,000 people have exited Stadium-Armory.
