Metro Reports 246,526 Metrorail Passengers As of 5 p.m Today
As of 5 p.m. today, Monday, the Fourth of July, Metro reports that 246,526 passengers had entered the Metrorail system. One year ago, Sunday, July 4, 2004, there were 151,594 passengers who had entered the Metrorail system by the same time.
As of 5 p.m. today, Metro reported no significant operational problems or delays on either Metrorail or Metrobus.
The most crowded stations have been Federal Triangle with 26,459 passengers exiting the station, followed by Stadium-Armory with 21,409 exits and L’Enfant Plaza with 17,566 exits.
