Metro’s Senior Project Manager for Railcars to Host Online Chat this Friday

Metro’s Senior Project Manager for Railcars, Jeff Pringle, will respond directly to questions about Metro’s railcars during an online chat on Friday, August 4, when he hosts “Metro LunchTalk Online”--a live hour-long chat from noon to 1 p.m. Mr. Pringle will answer questions, take suggestions and talk about issues related to Metro’s newest 6000 series railcars that will be coming on line later this summer, and the redesigned rail car with a new-look interior, which was on display earlier this week and is now operating on the Orange Line.

To log onto the chat visit http://www.wmata.com/chat/chatsList.cfm.

Typically in Metro chats, more questions and comments are received than can be answered in the available time. As many questions as possible will be answered during the hour-long sessions.

An archive of the previous online chats also is posted on the web site. People without Internet access can call Metro’s Customer Service Office at 202-637-1328 to request a transcript.
