Addison Road parking garage to undergo rehabilitation

Metro has begun a rehabilitation program to upgrade the Addison Road-Seat Pleasant Metrorail station parking garage that will result in the temporary reduction of 200 parking spaces. The project involves structural, drainage, and stairwell upgrades, as well as repaving. The work will occur in eight phases over the next year and a half.

The four-level, 1,268 parking space structure will remain open during the rehabilitation.

Customers who encounter difficulty in finding parking spaces at the Addison Road-Seat Pleasant Metrorail station may want to consider parking at another nearby station such as Landover, New Carrollton, Morgan Boulevard or Largo Town Center.
