Metro Customer Service Centers New Year's Eve hours


Customer Information, Customer Relations, Lost and Found offices to close early

Three Metro customer service offices will be closing early on Thursday, Dec. 31, New Year’s Eve.

The Customer Information office (202-637-7000) will close at 6 p.m. and reopen on Saturday, Jan. 2, at 7 a.m. The Customer Relations office (202-637-1328) will close at 2 p.m. and reopen on Monday, Jan. 4, at 8 a.m. The Lost and Found office (202-962-1195) will close at 2 p.m. and reopen on Monday, Jan. 4, at 11 a.m.

Customers may still dial 202-637-7000 to use the voice activated telephone system to obtain general information, fare and schedule information, plan an itinerary, and activate the Next Bus feature. Customers may also complete a Customer Comment Form online and service requests will be responded to on the following business day. Additionally, lost items should be reported through Metro’s web site at www.wmata.com/about_metro/lost_found.
