Metro Transit Police respond to stabbing at Congress Heights Metrorail station


Call police if you have information about the incident

The Metro Transit Police Department (MTPD) responded to a report of a stabbing at approximately 3 a.m. Sunday, May 30, at the Congress Heights Metrorail station.

A 21-year-old male died as a result of his injuries. Two other individuals sustained non-life threatening injuries.

Metro Transit Police is working with the Metropolitan Police Department, which is the lead agency in this ongoing investigation.
