Columbia Heights Metrorail station temporarily closed

Officials investigating report of a suspicious package

The Columbia Heights Metrorail station on the Yellow and Green Lines is temporarily closed while law enforcement officials investigate a report of a suspicious package near the station entrance at 14th and Irving Streets, NW.

Yellow and Green Line trains currently are passing through the station but are not stopping.
