Metro Transit Police arrest MetroAccess driver
Man charged with sexual assault
The Metro Transit Police Department arrested a MetroAccess driver on Sunday, Sept. 5, after investigating a report of a sexual assault involving a MetroAccess customer.
Samuel E. Kingston, 59, of Gaithersburg, Md., was charged with third and fourth degree sex offense and second degree assault. Kingston is employed by Challenger Transportation, a subcontractor of MV Transportation, the contractor that provides MetroAccess service.
The victim alleges that Kingston sexually assaulted her on Aug. 27 in Montgomery County.
