To improve service reliability, Metro to conduct daytime track work on the Green Line

Trains to share one track between Branch Avenue and Naylor Road Metrorail stations on weekdays

Green Line trains will share one track for four hours a day between the Branch Avenue and Naylor Road Metrorail stations weekdays between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. from Dec. 13 through Dec. 31, to enable Metro to perform state of good repair work on the tracks in that area, which will improve service reliability for riders.

To alert customers about this upcoming daytime work, Metro will make train and system announcements and issue e-alerts.

Metrorail customers traveling between these stations should not anticipate any delays.
