Farragut North Reopened

Investigation continues after man struck by train

The Farragut North Metrorail station reopened shortly before 2 p.m. today (Jan. 15). The station was closed for about two hours after a man’s body was discovered on the tracks at about noon.

The preliminary investigation has determined that the man was struck by a train. The investigation continues.
